Join Dr. Shayna Roaf for an engaging and empowering workshop designed specifically for girls ages 9–12. Participants will learn about puberty, body changes, personal hygiene, skincare, healthy habits, and confidence-building in a fun, supportive environment. The workshop includes an interactive skincare session, Q&A, healthy snacks, and a special goodie bag. Girls are encouraged to register a friend! Open to the community—participants do not need to be patients of Flourish Pediatrics to attend.
